This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) explains the terms under which services are provided by Ease My Digital Life (“we,” “us,” or “Service Provider”) to you (“Client” or “you”).

This Agreement is intended to ensure transparency, proper authorization, and clear expectations before any service is provided.


1. Scope of Services

Ease My Digital Life provides professional, service-based technology assistance, which may include:

  • In-Person/Remote assistance with devices or software
  • System setup, configuration, or optimization
  • Assistance related to digital tools, applications, or general technology use

Services are provided based on the specific request made by the Client and are performed on a best-effort basis.


2. Nature of Services (No Guaranteed Results)

Our services involve time, expertise, and resource allocation.
While we aim to assist professionally and responsibly, no specific outcome or result is guaranteed.

Some issues depend on factors outside our control, including device condition, operating systems, third-party software, hardware limitations, or external service providers.


3. Remote Access Authorization

If you proceed with our remote services instead of in person services, you expressly authorize Ease My Digital Life to access your device or system remotely only and if necessary to provide the requested assistance.

You confirm that:

  • You have the legal right to grant such access
  • You understand that remote access may be required for certain services
  • You may end a remote session at any time

Ease My Digital Life does not access devices or systems without your permission or beyond the scope of the requested service.


4. Client Responsibilities

To allow effective service delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding your request
  • Respond reasonably to requests for access, approvals, or clarification
  • Maintain backups of important data where applicable

Ease My Digital Life is not responsible for delays or limitations caused by lack of response, cooperation, or required access.


5. Fees & Payments

  • Service fees are disclosed before or at the time of service
  • Payment is required as agreed before or during service delivery
  • All payments are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available separately on our website.

By agreeing to this Service Agreement, you acknowledge and accept that policy.


7. Limitation of Liability

Ease My Digital Life is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing issues identified during service
  • Data loss caused by existing system conditions or third-party factors
  • Issues resulting from software, hardware, or services not controlled by us

Any liability, if applicable, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.


8. Third-Party Services

Some services may involve third-party platforms, tools, or providers.
Ease My Digital Life does not control and is not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by third parties.


9. Right to Decline or Discontinue Service

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if:

  • A request falls outside our service scope
  • Required cooperation or access is not provided
  • Abuse, misuse, or unreasonable behavior occurs

In such cases, charges will reflect services already performed.


10. Agreement Acceptance

By booking, paying for, or using services from Ease My Digital Life, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Agreement.
